What to Expect

FarWell offers a simple ritual: heat, cold, and rest.

Inside the sauna, a wood-fired stove warms the room to 170–190°F. Step outside to cool down with a cold water splash, then return again to the heat.

Some guests come for thirty minutes. Others stay longer. Over time, many find themselves returning week after week — for the warmth, the rhythm, and the quiet sense of community that forms around shared stillness.

Come. Sit. Gaze at the lake. Experience the health benefits:

Circulation. Heat expands blood vessels and supports heart health.

Recovery. Improves muscle recovery and reduces inflammation.

Stress Relief. Supports nervous system regulation.

Sleep. Many guests report deeper rest.
